The room with a wonderful view. The location couldn't be more particularly good in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was near the restaurant, beach in centre of town, and Arizonia Dive shop.

The room was huge and impressive, had a living area and a dining table. The beds were big and the view of the ocean was particularly good. Friendly staff and the location was great. Also, Catholic Church was 2 miles away from the hotel. We had the most exceptional few days there...

The a double room was impressive and absolutely perfect, perfect for my needs. The bathroom was big size, it was nice to have a bidet. The location was good, just next door to Arizonia Dive shop as well as the beach and easily accessible. Dined at Shamboli's, it was not very far from the venue.

The room I got was good sized and huge with dining table and a wonderful view, for instance. Had excellent amenities.

We spent our Easter holiday here and enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs upon arrival. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and shopping center. The best part was the breathtaking view from our balcony to the sea.

The service was a disappointment. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for staff to take our orders or even respond to our inquiries.

The pool area was a real highlight, with a great aesthetic and plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the friendly restaurant staff and no corkage fee policy. the location was ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, as well as transport links.

There was some noise from construction work, especially in the early morning, which was a little disruptive. we were disappointed to find that there was no complimentary coffee in the rooms, and no refills offered in the restaurant.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects include clean rooms with functional amenities, spacious balcony, and convenient location right on the beach and in the center of town. The hotel facilities were also great, with friendly and accommodating staff to top it off.
